Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) to monitor your package’s status.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns & Damaged Items
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a return or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages
kasebby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows the package has been delivered.
